Answer: It is a single-member Limited Liability Company (LLC).

Question #7: Can you provide a description of Life Coaching?

Answer: Coaching is partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the Coach and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize personal and professional potential. It is designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal, professional, or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals.

Question #8: What is the Coach's role?

Answer: Coach will listen closely to Client and responds to what the Coach hears from Client and ask Client questions. Coach's role is NOT to tell the Client what to do nor dictate to Client how to set and resolve topics on their outlined agenda.

Question #9: What is the Client's role?

Answer: Client is a Co-Creator with the Coach equally working together to recognize the Client's unasked and unanswered personal, spiritual, and professional questions. Client's role is NOT to sabotage the co-creative relationship by allowing the Coach to act as an expert on the Client's spiritual, personal, and professional life.

Question #10: How does a interested client schedule a Discovery Call Session with the Coach?

Answer: Discovery Calls and Discovery Video Calls are free 60-minute sessions.

Question #12: What is the purpose for Discovery Call and/or Discovery Video Call Sessions?

Answer: So interested clients can determine whether or not they want to use and can afford ATJCC's coaching services.

Question #13: Are these coaching sessions only conducted over the phone (or telecoaching)?

Answer: No. The methods we offer are (1) telecoaching and (2) virtual coaching. We do NOT offer face-to-face (In-Person) coaching sessions. See Question #14...

Question #14: Why ATJCC does not offer In-Person coaching sessions?

Answer: ATJCC is a home-based virtual coaching business. Our virtual coaching methods and Coaching Service Packages are tailored to provide clients with 1:1 (1-to-1) telecoaching sessions [via phone] and 1:1 (1-to-1) virtual coaching sessions [via computer using Google Meet with video/audio features] to reduce the commute from one physical location to another for both the client and coach.

Question #16: What CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system does ATJCC use for its clients and transactions?

Question #17: Are there any surcharges passed on to ATJCC clients?

Answer: Yes. HoneyBook has transactions fees for credit card payments and ACH/Bank Transfers. Also, State of Georgia consumer laws and statues provide exceptions for merchants to pass on transactions fees their paid clients. Question #18: Can ATJCC clients use Debit Cards in HoneyBook for payments and transactions?

Answer: Yes. HoneyBook supports Debit Card clients, and ATJCC provides a client surcharge discount. See Payment Disclosure Reminder under the Life Coaching Service Packages' pricing page.

Question #19: Are Cash and check payment methods accepted from ATJCC clients?

Answer: No. See Payment Disclosure Reminder under Life Coaching Service Packages' pricing page.

Question #20: Are Late Payments accepted from ATJCC clients? If so, what is the process?

Answer: Yes. First, clients must go from a prospective status to a paid status. Once a client has a paid status, the ATJCC Contractual Agreement will address our late payment policy (including payment renegotiation with Coach if necessary).
